Without my permission, they essentially tore the pants apart and now I was backed into a corner to pay because of the tight deadline. I tell the lady to go ahead and do it because of my tight timeline and that I would deal with the manager about paying. Sorry for the long story, but I thought you should be warned. As you can see, besides the shoddy dry cleaning, they lied to me about replacing the braid for free, and cheated me by destroying my pants without my permission, backing me into a corner of where I had to pay.

I come back to pick up the redone pants and, there again, the stains were still present. I said ok. I come back a third time to pick up my pants and again the stains are still present.
