Only passengers possessing tickets are allowed to proceed beyond any of the security checkpoints. All security checkpoints provide access to the terminals and airplane gates. The hours and wait times estimates for each security checkpoint can be found on the Raleigh-Durham International Security Wait Times Page. The only airline lounges or clubs are found in Terminal 2 at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
The first is the American Airlines Admirals Club found at gate C3 of Terminal 2 with operating hours of am to pm from Sunday through Friday and am to 7 pm on Saturday. The third is the United Club situated across from gates D1 and D3 in Terminal 2 and open 5 am to pm everyday.

The paint was a little scratched up, and could have been washed up. We were lucky to have rented an SUV that only had 24 miles on it. There was still plastic covering parts of the console. This was the first time I had driven this sort of vehicle. It had a ton of features and was super comfortable. It was difficult to find the car rental location and when I called it was hard to get ahold of someone to clarify directions.
Drop off was a breeze. Great customer service and we really liked the Toyota Corolla rental car. Great experience and I would recommend. Everything went well. The drop off was easy. I had no idea they had reserved a huge mini-van for one person, that was uncomfortable with horrible gas mileage.

Turned on the windshield wipers and the drivers side wiper was barely on the arm.
Had to pull over 3 times to try and reattach. Then stopped for gas Pumped until it automatically stopped. Stopped pumping as concerned about the cracked and moving gas compartment. I was then charged for. Told the guy about wiper when I dropped car off I could have gotten into an accident due to their negligence.
My mistake is I did not check the bill until I reached home. I feel cheated because I filled the car The staff should be fair and inform the client that they find the tank not filled while we signed to fill and bring. Clean the car better both inside and outside. There was smell of smoke inside the car when I took it. I mentioned this to the security at the gate.
He told me that this may be from the material used for the upholstery. They said the lot opened at 4 am. Waited until am then had to walk to the terminal. Service and type of car. There was a smoke odor inside the car when we picked it up. I waited 35 minutes for a car after i signed my rental agreement and left the counter. Car was fine Took a while to get the car when I picked it up. I had a drop off time. Arrived to Avis at and no one was at the office and the door was locked.
I had to leave my rental agreement and keys with her at the front door because we were all stuck outside. Very unprofessional. Quoted price was not the actual price. Price could have been as quoted. The rental site told me to call which would not help me AWFUL service. The deal was great cheapest SUV we found to rent for ten days.
Advantage charged way to much for extras or extra driver and double the price of normal insurance. Plus tried selling as a toll easy pass by misleading about tolls in NC. Windshield wiper fluid ran out after first use. Nice car, easy drop off and pick up.
Very good value. You just have to ignore all the scary upsell stuff at the start since between your car insurance and credit card company pretty much all fees associated with a crash will be covered.
It was a good value. It was early in the AM, but they were very professional and friendly. There was a veiled threat by the rental associate that the insurance we'd purchased through Kayak left us vulnerable, and that they'd bill us for any "days" our car was unavailable if it needed repair from an accident, and that the insurance we'd purchased most likely wouldn't cover that cost.
They had only one shuttle van running to and from the airport, so it was the slowest option in terms of getting to the rental car place. The staff is friendly. George was extremely helpful and courteous. Once on site I paid more on charges, fees and taxes then the actual vehicle rental.
I also hold Kayak responsible. More frequent shuttles from RDU. Advantage send to have the longest wait of any company. Check in was great. Jorge was pleasant and professional. An earlier drop off in the morning would be wonderful. Customer service rep on the phone was a bit rude.
Won't rent from advantage again. Prices Attitude sucked. They scheduled my reservation pickup for 11PM. I was very polite. But the lady at the front desk said she could not help me change that. She was SO annoyed. As soon as I asked for a supervisor she miraculously found a way. Individual tickets can also be purchased at any time outside of the predetermined schedule at a premium rate.
