We had a great experience with Echopark, Centennial location. Our salesman answered all questions and helped us find a great vehicle! We would defiantly buy from here again! I had a great experience at EchoPark, tho when I showed up I was told the car I came for was no longer available I drove 2 hrs to get there. Armando did a phenomenal job walking me thru how they work, what inventory they have, taking me on couple of test drives, although at the end I didnt purchase a vehicle.

The service was great, and there was not pressure at anytime to commit. Still looking for a car, and will go there again if they get what I need.

Thanks Armando. Very patient, knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything she was doing very well. From the general manager to the two sales associates to the finance manager they were all friendly, helpful and great to deal with. Dealership store was also super clean and confortable to be in.

Dealer contacted us promptly. Unfortunately, the car sold before we were able to test drive. I had some minor issues I wanted cleared up, and reached to 2 different individuals by email and voicemails and waited over a week with no response. I brought the vehicle to a different dealership and they fixed or showed me the answers all at no charge. I won't be going back McDonald Volvo to purchase my next vehicle.

They are definitely very nice. My only concern are the high mileage ones and reliability as some years, particularly are Chinese built. All the Volvo cars are excellent!! No question!! Buy any Volvo whiteout a second thought!! I already have one and am buying my second one! Bought the R-Design T6, what a beautiful car inside and out.
