One weekend, i was running real late 25min. And i needed my clothes for an up coming trip. I called and explained my situation and was shocked to…. Norma the owner is great. She's super sweet and accomodating. I told them to give me my money back and he said they don't refund for work done.

I said clothes is not cleaned. This was the last week in Feb. They said they would not reclean my clothes cuz they had done it 3 times. I told them they lied about cleaning it cuz I marked the clothes and it was in the same form when I got it back. They said they could not do anything cuz they only have a 1 month redo policy, I said you have been doing this over and over again. I told them I was leaving clothes and I would be back the following week, This was around the 1st or 2nd week in March When I went back there was a notice on the door that clothes had been taken to Hollywood cleaners, ordered by district attorney.

There lease had been terminated for nonpayment. Our clothes has yet to be found. Lesson learned don't trust these people they are worthless. Worst customer service, even if you have cell numbers for managers, they don't help.

Larry P. I quit going here after one of their employees refused to take my clothes in and physically came at me. Even though it was on camera the owner refused to do anything about it and flatly stated she had to stand by her employee even if his actions were wrong.
