Do not rent with this company online or in-person. Pick up was not good at all. Had to wait 4 hours after my reservation time to get my car which me late for everything else. Nothing They closed at People were there who said they left office at Left everyone stranded.

Car was solid and comfortable. Tire pressure, windshield fluid, radiator fluid and working radio. Picking up in Memphis was not a pleasant experience. The drop off was easy The pick up was horrible. Nothing The staff, pickup experience. Hertz reviews. Cleanliness 6. Very friendly staff. Car was very nice and clean. Drop off was super easy. Counter was closed when I arrived. Tried to reschedule pick up and was told that I would still be charged for the day even if it was unused.

Selected the "Managers Special", when I arrived I was told to take a car from a lane. Only one was left there. When I went to check out I was told to select another car. I told them it was the last one in the lane, but the attendant left her booth and returned a few minutes later with an SVU.

Wanted to avoid this due to gas consumption of suv's but left with no choice. The return process was easy and fast. We booked a rental and drove 3 hours to get it. We get to the airport and not a single car to rent. This is the last time we use Hertz and Kayak. The pickup process was very slow. No one available at drop-off, and directions for what to do unclear.

Leave keys in the car? Put them in a drop box? One way rental.. They did not have the type of car I requested. The car they gave me still smelled like smoke. Did not have a car for me and tried to give me a pickup for twice the price of my contract. The only trouble I experienced was trying to contact you all when my connection was changed.

Many attempts to both the local number and , never any answer. Also, my car had a taillight out. Avis reviews. Everything perfect except the fact they charged us for another day for being 2 hours late.

Horrible experience! We scheduled a minivan because we were traveling with three toddlers and needed room for their car seats. When we got there at our scheduled time, the attendant said they were still cleaning our van and would upgrade us to a Ford Explorer that could seat 7 so we didnt have to wait. When we tried to fit the car seats in it, there wasnt enough room at all.

We took the Explorer back to them to exchange for the minivan but they said they didnt have any available. I asked them where the one was that we had reserved and they said they must have given it to someone else. I asked to speak to a manager because we had a car full of people 3 under 3 years old!

We wasted over three hours trying to get the car that we had originally reserved! Horrible customer service!!! It was easy to pickup. There was a dent in the vehicle, I brought it to their attention and they made a note of it. Employees were friendly. No car available after booking on priceline. No answer when I tried to call them to straighten it out. We were stranded without a vehicle at the Avis Rental location. It was ok but they ran out of cars down town avis but i was compensated for atruck but every they were nice at the counter great hospitality kept at same price so things were good.

Drop off The car that I picked up in Memphis was filthy. I only noticed the extent of the dirty condition after my departure from the airport. It was a very easy car rental. As soon as I walked up to the Avis rental agent she asked for my last name, took my I'd and credit card and I signed the agreement via the terminal and I was able to quickly leave. The car was very clean and very comfortable.

It drove very well. Plus it was a nice looking car. Also the agent was very friendly. They switched the type of car I had agreed to when I made the reservation. At first it was a Galant but they changed it to an eclipse although I liked the eclipse better. It was a small SUV. Since I had a one way they said the Galant wasnt available for a one way rental.

I don't remember seeing the hold fee at the time the reservation was made. After I returned the car I remember hearing the agent say it would take several days for the hold fee to drop off. The vehicle had these very dark smudges around the back. It was dimly lit in the garage where I took possession of the car.

So when I drove out I stopped and took a video of the car and photos. I did this to make sure I was protected and that they would not claim that I had committed any damage that was on the car before I took possession.
